On-campus overnight housing is not available during Summer Transfer Orientation. Students and guests may make arrangements to stay at a local hotel or USC Summer Guest Housing.
Summer Guest Housing
Summer Guest Housing is located in a university-owned, off-campus apartment building. Students under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult in order to stay in USC Summer Guest Housing.
Summer Guest Housing is available from June 1 through July 31, 2020. Summer Guest Housing is not available during the August Summer Transfer Orientation. Spaces in Guest Housing are allocated on a first come, first served basis. If you require Summer Guest Housing, it is imperative that you make your reservation early as space does fill up.
For details on Summer Guest Housing options and to make a reservation, visit the USC Summer Guest Housing website.
For questions or more information on Summer Guest Housing, contact the Summer Conference Office at (213) 821-8380 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Meals, refreshments and snacks are provided to students and guests during Orientation at no additional charge.
Dietary needs or restrictions must be entered in the Meal Option section of the online reservation form. An Orientation Programs staff member will contact you to discuss your options. You may also contact the USC Dietitian to discuss options regarding your dietary needs and restrictions.
The Disability Services and Programs (DSP) office determines accommodations for all USC students. In order to receive accommodations at Orientation and for placement exams, students must register and request accommodations through DSP. This is also a great opportunity for students to set up their ongoing academic accommodations.
Register well in advance of Orientation to allow time for follow-up. The review process can take up to two weeks and will require documentation according to the University’s guidelines. For registration and more information, visit the Disability Services and Programs website.
